2. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upfront before services commence.
- Once payment has been received, shipping labels and commercial invoices will be provided to the client.
- Clients must ensure prompt payment to avoid service delays; services may be suspended if payment is not received on time.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within the same day/hour prior to shipment will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued once the shipment has been dispatched.
- Refunds are only applicable before shipment commencement.
4. Weight & Dimensions
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate box weights and dimensions.
- Any discrepancies between declared and actual measurements will result in additional charges, invoiced to the client.
5. HS Code Liability
- Clients must provide accurate HS (Harmonized System) codes for customs purposes.
- Any penalties, delays, or extra charges due to incorrect HS codes or shipment details are the client's sole responsibility.
6. Insurance & Claims
- Insurance coverage for shipments is optional and must be purchased separately.
- Claims for loss or damage can only be filed if insurance coverage has been purchased.
- Claims must be submitted within the specified timeline along with all required documentation as requested by the Fizshiftlogistics team.
- A $50 fee applies for claims support involving carriers.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
- Services mentioned in our FAQs are eligible for a 30% refund in the event of delays directly caused by carriers.
- Delays caused by external factors — including operational disruptions, customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier policy changes — are not eligible for a money-back guarantee.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Clients must ensure packages are in proper condition before shipping.
- Fizshiftlogistics is not liable for loss or damage unless insurance has been purchased and specific agreements are in place.
9. Dangerous Goods & Illegal Items
Warning: Shipping dangerous goods or illegal items is strictly prohibited.
- Any shipment containing prohibited or illegal items will be rejected.
- The client will be held fully responsible for any legal consequences, fines, or penalties incurred as a result.
10. Perishable Items
- Clients shipping perishable goods must ensure proper packaging and timely delivery arrangements.
- Fizshiftlogistics is not liable for damage or spoilage of perishable items unless specific agreements have been made for refrigerated or special handling services.
11. Delays Due to Customs, Weather, or Operations
Fizshiftlogistics will not be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or operational disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
12. Additional Charges
- Clients are responsible for any additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect information, including customs fees, storage, or re-shipping charges.
- Clients must ensure that packages are ready to be picked up as per the scheduled pickup time.
- If a carrier attempts pickup and the packages are not ready, a $30 charge will apply for the failed attempt and rescheduling.
- In the event of shipment returns where customs require additional information and the client fails to provide it within the specified timeframe, the return shipment and any associated charges will be the client's liability.
13. Liability Disclaimer
- Fizshiftlogistics facilitates shipping through trusted carrier partners but does not own transportation vehicles.
- Fizshiftlogistics is not liable for delays, damages, or other issues caused by carriers or third-party services.
14. Consultancy Services
- Fizshiftlogistics provides consultancy services to assist businesses with shipment management, claims filing, customs clearance, and logistics optimization.
- These services are advisory in nature, and implementation responsibility lies solely with the client.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
- Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Wyoming state laws.
